Most importantly for serious runners, the TR21f includes a host of preprogrammed workouts, including two interval programs, three hill programs, cardio and weight loss heart-rate-controlled programs, two Glute Trainer programs, and a ZoneTrainer program that keeps you in your proper HR target zone. The treadmill also includes SportsArt's CardioAdvisor system, the only heart rate system on the market that shows users their high-, low-, and mid-range target heart rates, as well as their actual heart rate during the workout. By accessing this data, you'll see your actual heart rate relative to your training goals, allowing you to maximize your heart rate training. And thanks to the treadmill's dot matrix display, it's easy to monitor your workout progress.
